Irrespective of the value of your assets, you have the right to decide who will manage your estate after your death, and how your assets will be distributed. Armed with a properly drafted will, the division of you assets can be made in a planned manner according to your wish, in a tax effective manner, combined with the fact that there will be a trustee or an executor chosen by you, who will have the right to deal with the assets in your estate immediately upon death.
